both fish have the same problem. please help me.

Is there any way you can isolate them to treat? Is it possible they are scraping their mouths? If not, my guess is that it is bacterial, and you will need to treat them in a hospital tank or by mixing medicine with food. Are they both eating?

I am not a disease expert, so maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in. What I would do is treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as a mix of sulfa and neomycin. DO NOT treat your display with this! If you can't isolate them for treatment, Seachem has a chemical called Focus, which is made to mix with food, along with other medications.

One thing I have done to deliver medicine in food is to take Ocean Nutrition cubes, thaw in the microwave until just melting, then mix in meds, allowing them to solidify again. Then, feed to fish.
