Sold a faulty pump and won't let me return

oes anyone here have problem with Aquacave.com? I bought a tunze master stream 6550 with them. First day it came home and it didn't work. I email them and called them regarding the problem right away. I told him I want to return it. but aquacave (Albert) said he can't take return on open pump? Only reason I want to return it because I recommend this pump to my client and it work at all. And theres no way I want to get stuck with it. It was extremely embarrassing or me to recommend a 1500 dollar pump and it doesn't even work. Anyone experience problem like this with Aquacave

UPdate. Got a called from Albert himself and he said he will take the return back after talking to Roger from Tunze. He already email me a shipping information.
