Sold wrong wrasse

Hello,

I was sold a wrasse from the LFS and was informed it was a red cigar wrasse, fine for my 60 cube. Well, even if it was a red cigar, I think it is going to need a much bigger tank. Anyway, I was researching via Google what my wrasse is and it looks like a juvenile Pastle Ring Wrasse or a Hologymnosus rhodonotus. I have seen many pictures and all of them have different names and comflicting information on them. Can anyone provide me with what this wrasse really is and what care it will need. I would like to see if I can get the right size tank or take this fish back for so it gets the correct home.

Well, red cigar wrasse is a common name for Hologymnosus rhodonotus, so the id should be correct. They do get pretty big, so will likely outgrow a 60g, but are slow growers, so you may have him for some time before he needs to be rehomed. They will eat snails and hermits, but personally I feel they are greatly underappreciated. They are hardy and all the ones I have had were very peaceful.
