Soli or Efflo ?

My brother received this coral about 2 weeks ago. Initially, we thought it was an Efflo (it was advertised as an Efflo), but now we're starting to think it might be a Soli. What do you think? Also, does it have a name like $500, etc?

The birds eye view picture was taken about a week ago, the two close ups were taken today.

I am going with Acropora efflorescens as well. The main difference between the two will be the radial corallites. A. effloescens will have radial corallites that look like sharp scales, and A. solitaryensis will have appressed dome like radials with a narrow opening.
