Solid Red LED

Hi EcoTech

I tried to do a frimware update one of my Gen2 MP40w drivers using the Neptune Apex WXM module

During the firmware update the driver appeared to power off so that the LED was off completely

I disconnected the power supply and then reconnected it - now the LED is solid red and the pump does not work

I understand that the solid red LED indicates an upgrade error

How do I initiate the upgrade process again now that it is in this state?

MO,

You will need to enter firmware update mode again by holding the Mode and Set buttons then applying power. Once the controller is flashing Red/White, attempt the update again.
