Sorry Animalkingdom unfortunately I can not get a closeup photo as all that I have tried have turned out very poor. The Colony is dark purple with lime polyps it comes from northern Western Australia and hardy, the collector advised me he picks these up at low tide where they are exposed to the days heat at times in excess of 39C and direct sun. Yet the moment they are covered by the incoming tide they have full polyp extension within half an hour if not less, loves the direct flow of one of my tunzies aimed straight at it.
