Well yesterday I was able to go with a few local SITC folk and got a tour of ORA! How cool!

I also couldn't leave SITC without an ORA clam they had that looked just right for me at the store and finally took an updated tank shot.

Here's some pics of the stuff in my tank (my husband takes way better pics than me) and the trip and what not

Also if you're wondering about the weird easter island heads? I need to recoup some money from getting that beautiful 125g tank so I thought I'd frag a little bit of the extra things I have and put them on a cute looking easter island head I made.

I will be bringing some to the orca meeting to be auctioned off I think so I can help out the club as well as myself. I also live way the heck in the middle of nowhere so its just easier to bring them there after they've had time to heal up anyway.

Nice Chrisstie...can I use a couple of the ORA pics? I love the Easter Island head...I am doing zoas on it as you suggested. What a hoot! Marcye

Oh yes feel free of course you can use them! I was hoping we'd get some nice ones in there that people would like. I only put up the a ) not me ones b ) mostly ORA and not so much people ones that were in focus since it was so cool!

I have a bunch more if you want a fewmore - I think mushrooms on it look hysterical. I have one with a piece of a monticap too that looks a little like a sombrero on his head haha

I was just checking out the pics again...maybe I can get Kevin to play around with my camera when he comes in next time. I have a horrible time getting the blue out of the pics under those 20k's, yet Kevin's pics are color perfect! I know I have adjustments for that, but it's either way too yellow or way too blue! Sheesh. BTW, Paul and Paulette are very happily situated IN the anemone. I can't believe they took to it in less than two hours after being away from an anemone for 25 years or so! It's just so heartwarming to see them snuggled up inside it...goose bump time:)

Thanks guys :)

and thats AWESOME news for Paul and Paulette.. i mean, holy cow, what a great way to retire :) Hows the anemone taking it? lol

The anemone seems to be doing just fine. I was a bit concerned about Paulette last night as she showed no sign of wanting to eat...although Paul helped himself to some pellets. Both passed up the frozen foods. Tonight, though, Paulette nabbed some Formula Two...not what I would have thought she would eat, but whatever she wants she shall get! Paul is nibbling at pellets still, so it seems they are settling in nicely. Thanks for the great shots of them. I sent them off to ORA already so they can see them all settled in their new home.
