Some Nudibranch help needed.

Well, I think I have zoanthid eating nudibranchs (slug like with yellow feathers) and I'm thinking about just getting rid of all my zoas I currently have as I don't have too many right now and most are common and can get more easily. My question is, if I remove the zoas all together, how long will it take for all the bugs/eggs to die? The main reason I'm planning on just trashing is because I'm getting ready to switch tanks and it's not worth the headache for the cost of new ones.

What if there is just a few polyps laying around behind rocks that I can't see, will they just eat those and then die once there is none left? How long will they live with no zoas? Bugs and eggs...Should I be trying to get the bugs out because they are everywhere today?

Thanks for the help!
