Some pics. and a ID question

Just got a camera...don't know how to take pics and don't have a tripod yet so bare with me.
**What are the 'lima beans' on my maxi's shell? There are pale green and seems like seeds, much different than bubble algae.

Take your clam out and definately clean it;s shell from that algae, whatever it is. If it is some caulerpa species make sure to remove any runners that may be in the scutes of the shell. I once had a displeasure of introducing Caulerpa serrulata on the clam shell into my tank and paid dearly for it. :rolleyes: Took me couple of years to be rid of it completely.
