some questions

I have some questions about lighitng, water, fragging, ect...

I am setting up a 2.5g pico using frags from main tank, and was hoping to keep a frogspawn, candy cane, blasto, maybe even a sun coral, and was wondering if 9 watts of PC is enought light for them? what about 15 watts NO? what about both together? I am also wondering how sensitive these corals are.

also, on fragging, how could I frag them?

Lighting not being an issue with suncoral and you might be able to pull a candy cane off, more likely a blasto if you keep the water top notch. If you can do both bulbs by all means do. Think the frogspawn would still be a slow bleach in color though.
