i turned off the pumps to target feed my coral for the first time ever today, must have been 100 of these things at least. want to know if i am in trouble or if these are just a type of pod that are just a food source

Baby jellies, probably the medusa stage of some hydroid. They won't last long in your tank, they'll get sucked up or eaten. It's unlikely that you have the right kind of plankton they would need to survive anyway.
