Some stuff for sale...

Alright guys and gals, I have a bunch of stuff thatââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s been sitting around my apartment since I took down my freshwater set-ups to move. I decided not to put any of my freshwater tanks back up after the move and have since decided that I will probably not put them back up and instead stick to salt. So, this is a first round of stuff that Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m trying to clear out. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m offering it up to you guys before I look for freshwater boards / newspapers to put it in. I know some of you still have FW tanks and I thought you might like a shot at it. I will do the same with any tanks and bigger equipment that I will be getting rid of (still havenââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t figured out what exactly I want to part with and what might be useful in the future). Because I donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t stand to make a lot of money off of any one of these items, Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m not going to ship unless someone wants the whole lot of it ($90 for everything, + shipping). If I get interest in all of it (Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ve seen enough posts to highly doubt that will happen), Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m going to have to sell it as a package. Otherwise, dibs will be given to the first person to post. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ll be at the meeting Saturday (5/13) if you want me to bring stuff there. Otherwise, PM me to setup pick-up. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢d be glad to entertain offers and/or give a break to people taking a substantial amount of stuff.

I'd guess about 2 months on one and about a week on the other (but I can't tell them apart). I had one for my office at work and then I bought the other to feed for a vacation. I had no problems with them. In fact, I have a 3rd for extended vacations for my SW tank. Just make sure you adjust how much it feeds based on what you have in the tank and pay attention to it until you have it set right.

Things I'll take off your hands:

Definite:
Driftwood: Would #4 fit in a 29 (i.e. how long is it)? If it would fit, I'll take it. If >29" then I'll likely take one or more of the smaller pieces.
Food: I'll take the tetra color flake (2 cans) off your hands.

Possible:
If you have any taller plastic plants (12-18") I'd be interested in those.
I may be interested in the gravel if it is similar enough to the gravel I already have in my kids tank (brown pebbly).
I may be interested in one of the plastic caves.

I'll be at the meeting.

Jack

I had #4 in a 29 before I moved it to a 60 gallon. I'll bring all of the pieces to the meeting and you can pick what you want.
