some zoas questions.

I found it's very hard to make all zoas happy in my tank. I used to have some very healthy tubs blues, armor of god, fire and ice in my old Biocube 29 with LED lights. After I moved them to my new tank which has 6 39W T5 lights, they are not doing well. Now all my tubs blue closed and armor of god won't fully open. fire and ice dead. But all other zoas (more than 10 different ones) are doing better than before. I also bought some nice light blue color zoas with yellow and green skirts from Aquarium depot but they also closed. water parameters are good. Tried different locations, water flows and lights, seems only make them worse. Any suggestions?

When you made the switch, did you light aclimate the zoas? LED's to 6 ho t-5's is quite a shift.

Where did you place them in the new tank?

I know you said all params are good. Mind listing them and what you are using to check them?

I didn't aclimate, only put them at bottom of the new tank. I tried later to move them up graduately but seems they don't like it.

How old was the old tank, and how new was the new tank, when you changed over?

Besides the lighting, the nutrients, and change between tanks can also have a heavy effect on polyps, and cause them to go from great to downhill in no time.
