Someone help me

Can anyone help me identify what type these are. I've had them for 3-4 months where they seem like they're all doing great except they haven't spread at all to anywhere.

And what's that long skinny thing anybody know?

Think the long skinny thing might be a tube worm or one of those snails that has the tube shell. As for not spreading, from what I understand, it can take up to a year for zoes to adjust and then begin spreading.

no idea about the stick but i can tell you that when it comes to spreading, some of my zoas/palys are growing faster than others. some get 1 new polyp every few weeks and others show no visible changes over the course of a month and the reason is they're zoas and that's just how they are! lol.
along with proper flow and lighting (which are case specific to each animal) i've found that having a larger colony to begin with helps a lot. single polyp frags seem to show change the slowest for me.
just do your best to keep stable water parameters and don't be afraid to move the ones that are not looking like much is happening but also give them time to adjust after.
best of luck!

Can you get that rock out? You want to smash that tube. The worm will retreat into the bottom of it. If you don't kill the worm, it will just start a new tube. You can also burn it. It will sound like rice crispy with a pop sound
