Something eating frags?

I found a frag on the sandbed under the rock - I assumed it had been pushed there by a snail.

This has now happened a couple of times and I've just found two in the same place and it looks like something has pulled them there and eaten the tips quite significantly.

Any ideas? Could a bristle worm do something like this?

eunice worm ? I had a couple small ones in the past and they would pull shells like doors in front of their holes in the rock. I think I read some of them eat coral. Some are bold and you can see them coming out of the rock.
