Something eating Zenia?

I've had this Xenia for a month and a half now. Its grown twice as big as when I first got it. I've noticed in the past few days that it appears something is eating the polyps. I added some new frags so potentially that could be part of the issue. New frag additions are radioactive green zoas closest to Xenia but still at least 6 inches away. Starry Night Acro and ORA birdsnest added but the 1" frags are on the other side of the tank. Parameters haven't changed drastically I just noticed a dip in calcium of approximately 20ppm since the new frags but I didn't consider that drastic all things considerred. Here are a few pics

I know most people will say good riddance because they can takeover but I just want to check and see if this has happened to anyone else?

Any fish (Angels) may have nipped at it? If something is eating them and you do find out what it is you will be a rich man.

Should have given that info. No angels.

Livestock:
Paired Occelaris
Clarkii
Blue Damsel
(3) Striped Damsels
Lawnmower Blenny
Peppermint Shrimp
Turbos and Nassarius

All the livestock has been the same since adding the Xenia. Since the post no change or additional damaged polyps.

I hear ya seems like most people seem to hate them just was a starter coral.

It also will drop arms randomly as a form of propagation. The broken off arm floats off to start a new colony. Maybe that is the case with yours.

I haven't seen the missing polyps anywhere else in the tank and still haven't seen any fish get close to it. There is a spaghetti worm near it I noticed the other night. So far a few other polyps have disappeared and the arms seem to be staying closer to the base. Since there are so many polyps coming out of each stem I don't see the need to be too worried.
