Something is weird going on with my frogspawn

I noticed this morning that one of the heads are splitting up into two and I see some small tubes surrounding the heads with green tips on them. Is my frodspawn fragging?

It's normal growth. The little ones are baby heads; splitting is another form of reproduction.
