Something on my tank glass???

So I tried to get a picture but my camera on my phone can't really get what it looks like. Something is on my glass that I have not seen before. They are like worms, but in a spiral pattern and are not on my fish but on the glass of my tank. They are white in color and are speckled around the front glass. Almost looks like a curled up snail or slug. Any one have a clue to what it is or if its harmful? I did just add hammer coral to the tank as well and that maybe brought it along?

I'm a little worried as I am in the process from recovering from an ick breakout in my tank as well

They might be baby feather dusters. I had a lot in my tank before.
