Something picking on my coco worm

I have had a red/yellow coco worm in my 40 gallon reef tank for a year or so. I just came home from being out of town for a week to find that something has been picking at it. I'm not talking about losing a head, I mean the feathery parts have been nibbled on to the point that only a 1/4" or 1/2" is left on both heads.

I recently added a flametail blenny to the tank which lives in an empty coco worm shell which came with it from the store. I can't find much information on this type of blenny online, but it looks like a bicolor blenny, except only the back part of the fins are yellow, not its actual body. Also in the tank are a pair of clowns, a six line wrasse, and a single green chromis. Aside from fish, the tank has a radiata urchin.

It seems pretty obvious that the blenny has to be the culprit since it is the only new inhabitant (added about 2 weeks ago, and this has happened within the past week), but I wanted to see if anybody has had any similar experience with this.

I would not be surprised if the fish has been the culprit if that species is known to use the worm's tube as shelter. If you had said that you have hermit crabs, those would have been my first suspect though.
