Now that NBF is out of business where do people go around here to buy their supplies? Especially frozen food stuff.

PetSmart Vestal and Creature Comforts Binghamton have freezers with some frozen food. I occasional make an excuse to go to Syracuse and stop at ABC reef for corals and fish. Other than that it is all online.

I make my own food, and I get a few frozen things from Creature Comforts. Every 2-3 months I make a trip to Price Chopper grab some seafood, blend it all up and freeze it in ice cube trays.
