Sponge

I've been growing this sponge for a while now and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it. I can't find anything online about it.

I think it might be Carteriospongia vermifera. I have something very similar growing in my tank as well and so far it's been pretty undemanding. It just seems to pop up here & there among the rocks and grows kind of fast too. Also, mine tends to be white in the shadows and gets darker & darker the more light it receives.
