Sponges

I was interested in making my own food and wanted to add sponges to the recipe. Where can I purchase cheap sponges for food use? Also more specifically, which type of sponges do Moorish Idols and Imperator angels like?

Sponges are fairly expensive and not an effective way to these fish to feed, you better have some really deep pockets.
