I recently got a Blue Caribbean Tang (eating and acting fine) and it has some white/cloudy spots on the tips of it's left fin. They are on the end of the fin and there are about 4 or 5, all different sizes. The best way to describe them is to say they look like a white/cloudy splotch. I tried a freshwater dip and treated the QT tank with PraziPro 3 days ago. I don't notice any difference, if anything they have gotten slightly larger. What should I do next? I have some Maracyn II tabs but the package says they expired in 07.
I also have a flame angel in the same QT and it appears to have a similar spot just below each eye. I'm not sure if it is the same thing as the tang. The spots are really small and are symmetrical below each eye. It may just be the markings on the fish???
