spots on my xenia?

on my xenia there are a few of these small freckle sized brown dots
they are on the trunk of the xenia
i just got it and its small
so could it just be growing?
my water parameters are fine
what else could it be
it seem to be in perfect health
i have had it for about 2 weeks now

Sounds like flatworms to me, they love xenia. Touch it and see if it moves as they can move fast.
Flatworm exit may be needed as when you see a few you will have hundreds more that you can't see.

yes they moved when i touched it
so they are probably flat worms
are they harmful?
if so, how do i get rid of them?
