Spots on triggers

I have two triggers recently introduced to my display, it's a 210g tank with a 55g sump.

Water parameters are good, imo. 1.025 salinity, 0 Ammonia and nitrites, 15 nitrates.

There are 6 small damsels in the tank that are doing just fine.

These two new triggers are getting splotchy tails and back fins. They started last night (Thursday night) and that is only after being in the tank for two days they started splotching.

I wasnt too worried last night, but I looked at them today and their eyes also have small white dots. It doesnt look like ich, it's REALLY small dots. I dont think it's velvet as they certainly dont look covered in dots, just the back fins and the eyes have some.

Any chance that could be flukes? Can you actually see flukes or is it all microscopic? I've seen fluke pictures and mine looks nothing like that, just some real small dots.

I was bad and didnt quarantine. I put them directly into my 210g display tank, as they had been at the pet store for quite some time and had no issues so I was hoping it would be OK.

Is it possible they are just stressed from the move and different water? I dont know how that could make them show these spots, so I'm assuming they either had something or got something in my tank.

So I think my three possible diseases are either ich, flukes or velvet, but it doesnt look like velvet to me, the bodies look perfect except the fins/eyes.

Any ideas?

You can sometimes see flukes if it's on a dark-colored fish. They're jelly-like papules. If you want to be sure, you can do a FW dip in a dark-colored container, then check the bottom of the container afterward.
If the spots turn into nodule-like growth, then it might be lymphocystis.
