Spotted hawk fish

So i used to have sexy shrimp living successfully always out hosting a rock anemone,then i bought a hawk fish.Next couple days gone,also peppermint shrimp emerald crab and started noticing even snails, also have a leapard wrasse in there but everything was fine untill i introduced hawkfish any input on this?

Yeah they prey on smaller fish and crustaceans. Some have luck, others do not.
