I have not had any luck with home depot foam. Handi Foam is the only brand I have liked. I tried quite a few brands over time and have done about 30+ tanks with handi Foam and no issues The few Home depot foam tanks I saw done all floated off the back anchors or not.

Did the tanks using Home Depot foam float right away, or did it take time? I have it sprayed on and I can't get it to budge when I pull on it, but would hate to fill it up and have it come off in the night.

Most took a few days, try putting rock in it first prior to filling

I don't recall Rob charging that much to foam the tank. (I think it was included in the price of the foam but it's been a while.) You should have seen his hands when he was done. I am quite glad to not have done that myself.

It has been 4 days now and all is well. Nothing has lifted yet. I'll let it go a week then take some pics.
