sps grown on concrete

I have 3 sps frags that were grown on round pieces of concrete. Unlike many that were on small pieces of live rock, plugs or epoxy, I find these hard to locate in a natural looking way.

What have some of you done that has worked well? Or do most just break them off and reglue them?

I am also thinking of gluing small pieces of live rock to the cement to make it blend in....anyone tried this?
thanks, ben

I break and reglue. I toss the plug in the back of the tank hidden and in few months, you got a free frag growing from the encrustment. Some make it, others get knocked off into the sand.

Let the corals completly take over the rock. And replaced the concrete block, but you can add pieces to fill in spots.

I started fooling around w/ different mixtures I use when making frag plugs (do the same sort of thing), and think I've got something worked out where the plug can be removed relatively easily. Will know in a month when the frags grow out. :D
