SPS Par recommendations

Alright I haven't found a thread on par recommendations for sps. Would some of the more experienced sps guys post some par ratings. Thanks

My sps get around 350-200.

Most SPS do really well with PAR readings around 300-400. But they will also flourish around 100-300 as well.

You'll get different answers asking different people.

Some say 100-300, some say 300-500, and those who use 400w MH would say 700-800.

Depends what type of SPS you're keeping the point of photosaturation ranges anywhere from about 80 up to about 800 depending where they're found so generalisation is pretty difficult. As a general rule, 200-500 is a good window for most everything commonly seen.
