A couple of the tips on a green mille and a tenius have lost some tissue :furious:, I think from some fluctuation in my alkalinity over the last couple of weeks as I was dialing in my new dosing pumps. It went from 7.5 up to 10.5 and is now stabilized at 9 - 9.5. The shifts occurred over the last 2 - 3 weeks. So, a little bit of tissue is peeling from a couple of tips of those two corals. My assumption is that I should cut off the tips below the lost tissue and that it will continue growing, but before I do that, I wanted to check in with you guys to confirm.
My parameters:
Alk - 9 dkh
Ca - 420
Mg - 1300
Nitrate - 0
Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
Phosphate - undetectable
