St. Lucias

Does anyone know if the diving at St. Lucias is worth going for. I will probably be staying at a Sandals resort which is on the north east part of the island and most of the diving looks to be on the west side.

Went there last year. It is excellent! Great reefs and plenty of life. It is in a protected sanctuary where we dove. We had a great time! St.Lucia is by far one of my favorite islands!!

I am headed there in 2 weeks...either of you have any specific hot spots that were nice?

I stayed at Sandals Grande and went scuba diving. It was my first time but it was AMAZING. The reefs are pretty shallow, or so I am told, and the folks and Sandals were top notch. We had a few weather days though, and sign up early as the trips are obviously limited in size.
