NEED HELP. WHAT'S THE BEST LOCATION TO SET DOWN STAR CORAL? HIGH UP UNDER M/H? LOW DOWN UNDER SAME OR JUST UNDER P/C LIGHTING?

By star coral, do you mean galaxia (stoney base with rasied areas where the tentacles come out and sway in the current)? If so, most do fine under lower light (not blasted by MH). I'd start it at the bottom if it is coming from lower light to a higher light tank so it doesn't get shocked by extra light (knowing original lighting will help figure out best spot).
