what fish can eat those litte stars, they start to touch some of my SPS, some guys told me eightline fairy wrasses.

While I don't have a fish solution for you, I do know Harlequin Shrimp will eat Asterinas. I put a pair in my tank a year ago, and they erradicated them over a period of time.

If your Asterinas are bluish in color, they are the ones that tend to eat SPS and leave a path of destruction. The beige or white ones are usually benign and nothing to worry about.

I have the opal colored ones (i guess you could say bluish) and they don't seem to harm my corals. I've seen them crawl over my coral many times with no harm. I've heard they kill corals and I've also heard that they only eat an already dying coral. I think they are a cool addition to my tank. I have heard that they will take over though so i do kill ones that I catch getting cocky and criusing on the front glass.

A couple hundred?!?>? sweet, I love those little things, and If they are the 'benign' ones even better. I was always told that it was a good sign if the small Astrea's are producing and splitting all over your tank. Is that true? If you would like to get rid of some I will pay for a couple dozen.

Best of Luck!
