starfish dead?!?!?!?!

i believe i have a fromia (elegant) starfish and it used to be on the glass all the time. i went out this afternoon came back home and saw it on the sand is not moving.. but how do i know if is dead for sure??

Turn it over, and after an hour or so, if it tries to right itself, or if you see the tube feet moving, it is still alive.
