I have a serpent star that is upside down can it turn itself back over? thanks db

wow hes been that way a couple hours for sure and i just noticed he has a hole in the top of his head. I have to go check now to see if thats normal. I dont think so though. I wonder if my crab was sitting there holding him and having a feast. It is still alive though. thanks
