Starfish ID- Fromia milleporella?

What do you all think? The LFS had her labeled as linkia but I don't think so.

it looks pretty close to a linkia if not im not sure what it woud be

I guess I thought the linkia's I've seen are fairly solid in color. This beauty has tiny black dots on her.

A few other questions. Is it a "myth" that you aren't supposed to touch them? Do I need to always use a glove if I want to place her on a spot of food?

Also, when they talk about feeding them chunks of shrimp, etc. dumb question but is that raw shrimp (I'm assuming) or is the pre-cooked stuff okay (defrosted, of course), if I have it on hand?

I think it's a linkia multiflora. Either way, linkia or fromia, it's not going for any sort of supplemental feedings. It's diet is not known, but it's going to have to feed off of your rocks, which need to be old and abundant, and soaking in pristine water.
