Starry blenny question

I've had mine now for 6 months. He's doing great, has tons of personality and is BEST friends with my flame angel. He even opens his mouth and lets my cleaner shrimp take a peek in there every so often. Every now and then though his body goes completely white for maybe a minute or two, then he goes back to being black. Anyone know why?

They change colors when stressed, stimulated, or sleeping, in addition being able to camouflage themselves against the rock to avoid detection. Interesting fish.
