start of ich?

this is my clown. today I was getting up close with the tank and notice a few, maybe 3 white dots on him. as of a week ago, I have started adding garlic xtreme to the tank to help with a flame angel issue I was having. I had also added a cleaner wrasse as recommended by my lfs. I truly wish I had researched the wrasse before I bought him. although he did eat a lil of what was offered, I haven't seen him in two days and am assuming he is dead. and honeslty after reading up on cleaner wrasses I feel a bit shitty about it. any way please see the pics of the clown and give me your opinion. I do not have an available tank to transfer him to. Aside from these few dots he acts as normal as can be. eats like a pig, gives lap dances to his anemone like he's in the champagne room, does not rub on anything, and chasin anything that gets to close to his turf.
I would like to do what I can if this does turn out be to ich. he is my favorite by far.I usually also add vitamin c but need to purchase more this weekend.
thank you in advance for any help
also my params
ph 8.3-8.4
dkh 9-10
phosphate just above un detectable
nitrate undetectable
ammonia undetectable
nitrite undetectable

Looks like possible ich, but impossible to tell at this point. If spots start disappearing while the fish are getting more spots; then ich. Cleaners, garlic, and vitamins do nothing to eliminate ich. I'd read the ich stickies above by Snorvich. You may have to QT all of your fish while your DT stays fishless for 10-12 weeks. If you don't start properly quarantining all new fish, ich, or worse, is inevitable.
