Starting a 240G in the Great/Family Room... Humidity concerns??

Getting back into the salt game and starting up a FOWLR 240 gallon in the great/family room with 75 gallon sump in the garage. One of my main concerns is humidity in the house. (Size of house is approx. 3000sq and the tank will be in a big room next to the kitchen approx. 1000sq)

My plan is to keep tank lids on the tops of the tank and a fully enclosed canopy with an exhaust fan directly to blow outside.

Can anyone with large tanks (kept inside) chime in with any experiences?

TIA for any tips and suggestions.

I HAVE A 210 GALLONS WITH A CLOSED TOP AND AN OPEN BACK SUMP THATS 100 GALLONS IN THE BASEMENT, WHICH IS AROUND 600 SQUARE FEET, I DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MOISTURE. IMO YOU ARE GOOD AS LONG AS THE LIDS CLOSED MOST OF THE TIME.:spin1:

GOOD LUCK

Yes. My house is 3500 sq ft. I had a 240g in dinning room, rusted my $25,000 speakers (the crossover). This happened over 3 years period.
