I want 200lbs of rock or more, 100+lbs sand, lots of corals, and as many fish as possible and inverts. overall, should Should I do like a 40g fugium or put like a model 4 all glass with no bioballs and some rock and a great skimmer? i would like as many opinions as possible so I dont have to spend the $$ twice again...

Why not go with both a refugium and a sump? I would get an ASM G4+ or better skimmer for that size of set-up, and a refugium is helpful too.

how can I do both? is there a thread that shows the plumbing for a sump and fuge. i would like to do that then on my 90g too, add a fuge!?

Just make a section of your sump a refugium. I would put a baffle in and make the first region for a skimmer, then section off an area to act as a refugium, then have the last area for you return pump/heater/etc. Do a search on here, I am sure there is a thread somewhere on how to do this.
