Stats on The Hobby?

Can anybody point me to a useful link or information on the statistics of this hobby. Rate of growth, dollars spent things of that nature. I would greatly apprecaite it.

There is a forum that is dedicated to Polls. Actually, if you search for just about any poll, you should find a decent amount of information.
