yikes, a little close to the edge isnt it? i have heard the standard to go by with drilling glass is to stay at least the size of the hole worth of distance from any edge? 1 inch hole, 1in from edge, just what i heard, im not expert . Very nice tank by the way, i alwase wanted a bowfront .

Me either. Yeah just measured it is exactly 1" from the edge, So plenty. I think Steve has a calibrated eye

This was the first time I've had to drill sideways, because it was a bow front, I could not lay it down on the front to drill the back..

Always a challange
