Still around.

Thought I would post a note to let everyone know I am still around. Still plugging away with my 75 gallon. Not much has changed. Small corals have either outcrown my tank and been fragged and sold, or are getting close. Everything in the tank is aquaculture as far as corals, and nearly all started their life as either small frags from here (many from fishdoc), or from Emerald Bay. I will post some pics later for those that are interested.

Hey wooglin,

I am starting a pretty new setup so if you have any frags for sale let me know, I have lots of room.

Hi wooglin... its been a while. :)

Pics are definitely a good thing. :D

If I remember correctly, I believe you keep your tank fairly cool don't ya?

Yes indeed I do keep it somewhat cold. 75 degrees with a 2 degree deadzone, so it peaks at 77 before chilling back down to 75.

Thanks for the kind words, I have been wrapped up in learning how to play guitar (new hobby) and have just been maintaining my aquarium instead of talking about it much. Want to reconnect with the group though. As you can see I neglect my tank now. I dont do water changes or add any chemicals any longer (ok well perhaps I do a 10 gallon change once a month). I also no longer feed the fish or the corals. Not sure what the fish live on, but they do fine. The tank has basically been on auto pilot for about 2-3 years. I still have pretty much the exact same setup I have had for five years or more. Most of the corals started as postage stamp sized frags from fishdoc as many of our corals did. All Tampa Bay Saltwater aqua cultured rock, same sand bed. Some unusual sponges, and other assorted oddities. If anyone ever wants to stop by let me know, you are more than welcome to come check out a low maintenance setup.
