stocking 20H and 29g

currently, I have a BC29 and a standard AGA 29. After about two years of struggling with my BC, I have decided to move everything into a 20g high AGA. Between the two tanks, I have four fish: Gobi my threeish year old YWG; my Yellowtail Damsel (who has become far too aggressive for my taste, and who will be re-homed during the move); Scuito my B&W occellaris; and my percula clown (who remains nameless). after the death of Scuito's mate, I tried pairing the clowns to no avail, just recently switched them back together again to give it one more shot, since I dont really want clowns in both tanks.

so, this brings me to my current dilema. Im stuck on my stocklist for the tanks. So, here is what im thinking:
20g High
pair of clowns (im hoping Scuito and the perc will take to each other, though is they dont im thinking I'll trade the perc for another young ocellaris)
Gobi (my YWG)
Falco Hawk
Royal Gramma

my worries with the Hawk are mostly with Gobi- im thinking that since they dont look similar, and Gobi rarely ventures far from his burrow, they should be fine. Im also planning a pair of Fire or Skunk Cleaner shrimp, but because they're larger bodied shrimp im not too worried about them with the falco.

29g Standard (not sure on what will be added invert-wise, but most likely a pair of Harlequin Shrimp and Porcelain Crabs, possibly smaller shrimp depending on the fish stocklist)
Yellowhead Jawfish
Tailspot or Starry or maybe Lined Blenny (my dad is insisting we get another blenny- he misses the old LMB we had in our 75g lol)

plus 2-3 open water swimmers; currently my interest list is
Flame or Cherub Angel (always wanted a flame, but the cherub is so much smaller and seems to be more reef-safe)
Christmas Wrasse (another fish I've always wanted, worried about it beating on the other open water swimmers though)
Orchid Dottyback, Blackcap Basslet or Royal Gramma (at the bottom of the list b/c I really want the gramma in the 20h, though could be reasoned with)
Zebra Barred Dartfish or Firefish of either color (love all of these guys, though im a bit worried they'll be too peaceful as compared to their tankmates)
any other suggestions that might better fit in are welcomed

*note: Im planning to add a below-tank sump/fuge after the holidays to each tank- thinking 10g for the 29 and 5 or 10g under the 20H, depending on what fits in the stand, and also a (good) skimmer to either tank, so not worried about overstocking, since I also know the limits of my tanks.

thanks for any help, and sorry for the long-winded post lol!

I'd say if you're going to all the trouble and expense of adding fuges and skimmers to both tanks, sell all your equip and set up a single 40 breeder or 50 gallong. It will be a cooler looking tank than either of the ones you have and will be easier to care for. Don't be a prisoner of your existing equipment. Good luck.

the whole point is I dont want a bigger tank, plus my parents wouldnt let me even if I wanted one- I already have their entire living room taken over.

I've solidified my 20H stocklist;
pair of clowns
Gobi
Falco Hawk
Royal Gramma

for the 29g, I have a less set-in-stone stock, although im pretty sure itll end up being:
Pearly Jawfish
Tailspot Blenny
Pair of Pajama Cardinals
(red) Firefish

If i was you, I'd sell the biocube 29, and get some extra cash for some sweet upgrades for the 20H. Just my opinion though :)
