I currently have a 29 biocube with 1 maze coral and wanting very bright and colorful fish and corals. any recommendations

A clown and a firefish or goby.

Orchid pseudochromis (make sure it's P. fridmani...) is a good choice for a shock of color. A pair of ocellaris or percs should be fine, firefish are good with peaceful tank mates, most any goby that isn't a sand-sifter would be fine as well. You have a good deal of options. I would just start browsing member tank threads and various online shops. Research what you like, ask questions as necessary, and go from there.

I've got a citron clown goby in mine, nice little splash of yellow and interesting to watch.

i have 5 other tanks. Citron gobies always seem to die. I have plenty of gobies and firefish. I'm will not be getting angels due to it being a reef tank. I received a royal gramma today love the color.
