Stocking a 125 gallon mixed reef.

i love my powder blue he was a little bigger than a quarter when i got him. he hosts in my acropora (hilarious to see him sleeping and hiding) and he eats cyclopeze he is now almost 3in and still flies around the tank eating tiny cyclopeze and hosts in my ever shrinking acropora(cause hes growing faster than the acro)

Never seen a tang host before.... That's pretty cool.

I couldn't pass up on one for $4.99 on Black Friday, and as long as your base rocks are secure, you are fine. I will end up getting a few tangs in there.

I'm guessing you are talking about the engineer gobbies here, I have 2 of them almost full size about 9-10 inches in my 125 I got them about 9 months ago and they were about 4 inches then, they grow fast but I love them they don't harm a thing in my tank and everyone (non reefers that is) who comes over says ooooooohhhhh you have eels lol and I have to educate them lol.

Yup, I am. Sorry for not specifying. I only see his head pop out a few times a week. I have had him for a little over a month, and he has grown about 3/4 of an inch, and the juvenile lateral lines are starting to stagger and break up like the steriotypical adult pattern.

Well, I have come down to a few fish I am considering. Please help me choose TWO of the following:
-whitecheek tang
-yellow shoulder tang
-powder blue tang
-Atlantic blue tang

Any other final suggestions?
