Stocking a 75 gallon

I have a 75 gallon which I'm thinking about making a FO tank.

Many fish I look at like tangs and big angels and butterlfies need a bigger tank, so I've ruled out those.

Can different species of dwarf angels get along? I thought maybe a few dwarf angels and a butterfly?

I also was thinking of a more 'exotic' fish, like a dwarf lionfish, or a sargassum fish, but I'm afraid that when they get bigger, they would be a threat to the angels. Or would they be okay as long as they're fed regularly?

Thanks,
Mark

A dwarf lion will not harm a dwarf angel.
Fwiw dwarf lions are pretty boring imo. They hide all day and don't really move that much.

^^^^^ both of mine were always out and moving dwarf lions are great you will enjoy them if you get then

I was having second thoughts on the sargassum after watching Animal Planet yesterday. A sargassum swallowed a fish that was easily its equal in size. Down it went!

a combo of :

Dwarf angel + butterflyfish + zebrasoma tang

then complement it with filler/miscellanious fish like

damsels/dottybacks/royal grammas/wrasses.. etc and you're good to go!

flame hawkfish are really nice too. you need to be careful with butterflyfish. some are delicate, others have very specific diets (like coral polyps). research before you get a butterfly. there are several good, hardy species available, but that is often the exception.

A copperband sounds good. As for the other fish, do not keep more than 1 angel per tank, especially in a tank that size. The lionfish will soon outgrow the 75.
