Stocking Advice with timings

Hi Everybody,

Thanks, in advance, for taking your time to read this, and hopefully reply.

I am relatively new to the hobby, and have a 100g tank with sump.

Fully cycled now about 3 months, have a DSB in my main with plenum, and approx 25kg live rock.

Clean up crew in, and 2 common clownfish,

plus some Acropora, Montipora frags, and green star polyps, all doing well.

Running at 1.025 SG.

Basically, I'm after some stocking information.

I know I want a yellow tang in addition to the clown fish, and will leave that until last, but want some ideas on what else to stock, and in what order and at what time?

I know a lot is personal choice, but I assume there are some solid choices people might recommend, say wrasse, goby, for the sand etc ?
Thanks

I usually approach fish additions likethe nitrogen cycle;
Peaceful / Shy bottom dwelling first
Peaceful bottom to middle dwelling second
Peaceful open water swimming third
Semi-aggressive / aggressive eaters last

Once fish at the first cycle have acclimated, eating & exploring then the next cycle can begin. This helps the little guys acclimate, bioload build up & time for the next crew to be qt'd/treated.

With that said, I dont think it always works out that way. Some species have to be added at the same time and all to often while window shopping we end bringing home a 3rd cycle captive at the end of the 1st. LoL or maybe thats just my m.o.

Are you looking for biotope specific species? Shoaling fish, grouper/preditory? So many cool ideas you know...

The general rule of thumb seems to be to introduce the more rowdy species last but like us humans personalities will all differ.

As an example, have read horror stories of others experience with their Coral Banded Shrimp but my guy who is the largest in the tank including fish is completely docile and minds his own business.

Since he was the first shrimp added, I waited the longest time to add other shrimp species but to my amazement the Peppermints and Cleaner who are less than half the size of the CBS is left alone. The only thing he didn't like was another CBS (juvy), he was aggressively prowling for him soon as I let it in the tank so had to take that little guy back.
