i have a 37 gallon tall with a 1 1/2 inch ocellaris clown and 3 chromis can you guys give me some suggestions for other fish

Well 4 fish in a 37g is already getting close to a safe limit. If you have good filtration maybe you can squeeze another little fish in there. I wouldn't recommend a dwarf angel with all those other fish in the 37g already. Maybe some kind of goby?

the problem isn't that the fish are too big now, but they will definately grow. Id say 4 is pretty maxed out for a 37g. I only have 4 in a 50g.

I would get another ocellaris clown, a small shrimp goby (with a shrimp partner), or a very small pygmy angel (C. argi or C. acanthops for instance). Any of those would be interesting additions.

I think you should get another tiny clown. I'd take out the cromis if you want to expand... they are cheap and can be agressive later on. I've had a goby and a scooter blenny disappear on me in the last month. I loved both of them, but can't seem to find them. I started a thread to see if anyone could offer some insight!
