Stocking options for 25gal? Plus some fish questions?

Hi guys. I was wondering whether the following stocking list would be too much for a 25 gal?

1 x Occelaris clown (atm it is only a juvi)
1 x bi-colour blenny.
1 x six line wrasse or 1 x humbug angel.
1 x cherub angel.

I currently only have the clown and the blenny and will be buying more stock for the tank this weekend. I was thinking of at least one more fish but I would prefer two more fish if possible.

Also would there be any conflicts between the fish?

Lastly. I have a number of peppermint shrimp in the tank. Would a humbug, a cherub, or a six line make dinner of my peppermints?

Argi angels can be pretty darn mean for their size. I'd pass on that. How about a pair of neon gobies?

Centropyge argi, the Cherub or Atlantic (Caribbean) Pygmy Angel.

Humbug or Dascyllus damsels are flat out too aggressive for your size tank.

Are there any dwarf angels I could pull off? Or should I stay clear of them?
